We never share your information with anyone. The information you submit to us when you place an order is used only to process and complete your order.
What are my payment options?
We accept payment by credit card (Visa, MasterCard and Discover), check, and money order. Rest assured your credit card information will be handled with the highest level of security. We have partnered with Authorize.Net, a leading payment gateway since 1996 with 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology for secure transactions.
If you're not comfortable ordering online or would prefer to pay by check or money order, you may complete your order online, print and mail the Postal Order Form along with your payment. You can also place your order by phone by calling us at 928-474-4932. Please understand that payment made by check will slow the shipment of your order. Your order will not be shipped until your check has cleared. Check clearing typically takes 7-10 business days.
How are shipping charges calculated?
Your shipping charge is based on the weight of the item(s) ordered and the shipping destination zip code. The shipping charge is shown during the checkout process before you submit your order.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders are shipped the same day. All orders are shipped within 48 hours (excluding Sundays and holidays). We ship via USPS Priority Mail which means you’ll receive your order within 3 to 7 days, depending on what part of the country you live in. Orders are shipped from Payson, Arizona.
Do you accept returns?
We’re confident you’ll be very satisfied with your purchase, but if you’re not, we will refund the purchase price, minus the shipping charge. A refund will be provided when the item is returned in original, unused condition with all original packaging materials and paperwork, including the original packing slip, within 14 days of the purchase date. We do not charge a restocking fee.
If you paid by credit card, we will issue your refund to the same account and the credit should appear on your following month’s statement, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle.
