Shipping & Handling

As frequent online shoppers ourselves, we appreciate fast, efficient handling and shipping. All of our orders are shipped within 48 hours – in fact, most orders are shipped the same day. Orders are shipped from Payson, Arizona via USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. All orders are subject to payment verification and payment must be finalized before shipping.

Shipping rates are based on the weight of the item(s) ordered and the delivery location. You'll be able to clearly see the shipping cost during our checkout process, prior to submission of your order.

On rare occasions, packages are returned to us as undeliverable. We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned as undeliverable. It’s very important that you enter the correct delivery address because we cannot be responsible for items that have been returned due to an incorrect shipping address at the time an order was placed. If a package is returned to us due to an invalid or incorrect address or a refusal of delivery by the recipient, we will refund the retail price of the package, minus all shipping fees.
